Ms. Tagbergenova graduated in 1996 from the Kazakh National Technical University with qualification of engineer-application programmer. She also graduated in 2000 from Higher Law School "Adilet" with qualification of lawyer. Alma started to work in their family company, Agency of Intellectual Property during studying in the first University, in 1993 from the secretary position.
She successfully passed the exam for Patent Attorney of Kazakhstan in June, 2000.
In 2007 Alma completed the Training Course on European and German Patent Law provided by Vossius & Partners, Munich.
In 2010, Alma successfully completed the distance learning "Advanced Course on Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications" of WIPO Worldwide Academy.
And in 2011 she completed "Advanced Mediation training" provided by International Trademark Association (INTA). She is a member of INTA, AIPPI, and FICPI.
